The same category from more than one publisher. The national statistics office is the record; the IMF's series are its own compilation and can differ in definition, coverage and vintage.
SDAB publishes a linked January-2019-reference headline and separate current and retired detail classifications. Living Inflation Data never silently splices the two detail families.
Annual observations are source-published annual averages; basket weights use their published reference year.

| SDAB's official annual-index table publishes a 2016 column whose twelve values resemble monthly index levels and disagree with both the separate annual-rate table and surrounding annual indexes. The 24 affected 2016 and 2017 rate comparisons were counted explicitly. The connector preserves the official cells and does not reconstruct an annual average from rates or monthly data. | ||||||

| Checked every one of the 165 immutable SDAB monthly bulletins. All 21,152 physical category/rate comparisons agree with the current, previous-month and year-ago indexes printed in that same bulletin within 0.16 percentage point. These exact QA rows arise because a later bulletin republishes its comparison-month index differently from the value printed as current in the earlier bulletin; the maintained linked all-items table also revises four headline comparisons. The connector keeps each bulletin's target month and published rates, gives the maintained table precedence for the linked headline index, and does not manufacture a rate from a different vintage. | ||||||

| The values are present in the official SDAB tables or monthly bulletins. For bulletin periods, the printed month-on-month rate agrees with the bulletin's own current and previous indexes; the archive-wide 21,152-cell check found no rate mismatch. The source does not identify a base change at these category dates, so the generic 20% step heuristic is not evidence of a connector defect. Values remain source-published and unmodified. | ||||||

| The flagged target-month levels are printed in the immutable SDAB bulletins and their published rates agree with the comparison indexes in those same releases. Adjacent bulletins sometimes republish the comparison month differently, producing a transient shape when target months from successive vintages are joined. This is a source-vintage conflict, not a shifted row or parser omission. | ||||||
