What building it taught us

The connector's own docstring, verbatim. It lives beside the code so it cannot drift from it.

Tunisia CPI from the Institut National de la Statistique (INS).

INS's public XML API publishes the national 2015-base consumer-price tree, the source's monthly and year-on-year changes, and the basket weights carried on the indicator catalogue. The same API retains nine annual headline families identified by their own reference bases. Those families remain separate here; no value is rebased or spliced by Living Inflation Data.

The API repeats the all-items series twice: once as the family root and once as a child named `Ensemble`. Fetches retain both source identities so the connector can prove they are equal, then publish the family root only. This avoids two indistinguishable all-items rows on the country page.
