SDAB publishes an explicitly linked January-2019-reference all-items history, a current COICOP-structured basket, and a retired January-2001 source-native classification. The linked headline is retained as published; the two detail classifications remain separate and are never spliced. Monthly bulletins are independent replay units and contribute only their named month, avoiding the overlapping comparison columns printed in every release.
